We have specialised in a rather narrow line of business: We produce software for Information Management and Chemical Management. We are the only Finnish company that has comprehensively focused on Library and Information service software.

We excel in what we do. All our main products are top-sellers in their own fields in Finland. PrettyBit Software Oy was founded in 1985. At that time personal computers were just being introduced in Finland. As you can see, we already have significant experience in software production.

We do not make custom software, we do not spread our resources over a wide range of products, and we do not sell hardware. We focus on what is essential to our customers: the continuous development and maintenance of our products.

Product development and customer service take up the majority of our time. Over the years all routines and procedures have been refined so as to make the best use of available resources.

We take care of planning, production, marketing, sales, and technical support ourselves. In other words, all activities related to software.
